Pharmacology
JCP offers postgraduate pharmacy education for learners who want stronger scientific knowledge, research orientation and advanced professional growth. The M.Pharm program in Pharmacology supports deeper study of drug action, safety, therapeutic response and modern experimental approaches used in pharmaceutical and biomedical research.
Pharmacology is concerned with the study of drugs and their interaction with living systems. The department emphasizes conceptual understanding along with practical and research exposure so that students can evaluate therapeutic action, adverse effects, toxicity and the scientific basis of drug development.
